I could get used to this...
So the other day a friend requested to see some of my knit sweaters. They needed a present for a new baby in the family. Well I showed her a picture of one and she claimed it. Today I brought it to her along with another one, just to give her options, and she chose the 2nd one instead. Okay, well she went to a different part of the office and was telling another co-worker about the sweaters and that lady bought the sweater that my friend was originally going to buy! WOW!!! It was nice to receive that little $bonus$ of selling not one, but two sweaters today. The rest of the ladies in the office, mostly grandmothers, have requested that I bring in all of my FO's so that they can choose some, too. Some even want to "place orders". Hahaha...I suddenly felt like a drive by knitting store. But who could complain, finally some reimbursement for my creativity, with which to go buy some more awesome yarn!!! whoo hoo...
This is the 2nd sweater that I sold today.

Oh wow, that is one gorgeous baby sweater! I have one that I need to finish, it's been on the needles for 2 years! It's my last acrylic yarn project and I think I have a mental block against it because of the unnatural yarn.
Your stitch markers are beautiful! What a great idea to recycle old beads and charms!
Speaking of recycling, I've been thinking about you and your frogged thrift store sweaters lately. I really want to hit the thrift store and see what treasures I can find too!
How are you liking Ravelry?
I just love this sweater!
